Justin Miller

Director, North American Ag

In 1997, Justin began his lifelong ag career after receiving a B.Sc. in plant pathology from North Dakota State University. During the first 10 years, he worked for multi-state family-owned operations in both agronomy and management positions, receiving numerous awards. In the last 18 years, his focus has been on biologicals and fertilizers in the ag input manufacturing sector. During that time, Justin was a key player in the introduction of Ostara Crystal Green fertilizer to the Canadian and U.S. markets and in the introduction of Lallemand Plant Care’s introduction to LalFix Granular line of inoculants to the U.S. market. In April 2025, Justin began serving as director of ag sales for Black Earth and leads the commercial ag strategy in North America.
