Clay Williams

Research and Development

Clay has a wealth of experience in the mining, energy, and agricultural industries. After completing his petroleum engineering degree at the University of Calgary, Clay worked as a drilling engineer in Alberta until returning to his agricultural roots when he created and began operating an ag service business specializing in water well development. After selling his business, Clay began working as a mine engineer at the Sheerness mine, a short distance from the family ranch he owns and operates. Quickly, Clay saw the agronomic value in the rich humalite deposits at the mine, which led him to accept the position as agriproducts manager developing humalite into various agricultural products. Clay is a member and holds a permit to practice as a professional engineer from the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists in Alberta.
