Operations Manager

Kent began his career running heavey equipment doing reclamation and construction for Morgan Construction, in the oil and gas indusrty. Then went to work at the Sheerness mine, close to the family farm. Kent’s experience at the Sheerness Mine consisted of 9 years of heavey equipment operating then moved into various management roles for the next 15 years. Most recenty taking on the Operations Manager role for Black Earth. Kents focus on safety and quality of products is an assest to the Black Earth Company. Outside of work life, Kent continues to operate the family ranch.
